Use Create Voiceover when you want spoken output generated from a transcript, subtitle file, or prepared script.
This is the right workflow for multilingual narration, dubbed explainers, translated lessons, and re-voiced clips.
Before you start
Voiceover quality depends on the source script, target language, and voice choice.
Not every language combination is available for dubbing. VoxStudio shows supported target languages in the workflow itself.
Use only voice material and scripts that you are authorized to process and publish.
If you are working from an existing session, finish transcript cleanup first so pronunciation and timing issues are easier to catch.
Step-by-step instructions
Open Create Voiceover
Go to Workbench → Voiceover or choose Create Voiceover from the dashboard.
Choose the source content
Start from a session transcript, subtitles, or another prepared text source depending on what the current builder exposes.
Select the target language and voice
Pick a supported target language and choose a voice from the available library or reference options.
Review the script before generating
Check names, numbers, abbreviations, and sentence breaks. These details strongly affect the spoken result.
Generate and preview
Create the voiceover, listen to the result, and make edits if pacing or phrasing needs improvement.
Export or continue the dub session
When the result is ready, continue with the related dub session flow or export the available output.
Tips and examples
Short, clean sentences usually produce more natural speech than very dense paragraph blocks.
Confirm pronunciation for names and product terms before generating a long full-length pass.
If the source transcript has speaker errors, fix them before dubbing so the voiceover script is easier to manage.
Common problems and fixes
Why is my target language missing?
The selected dubbing path does not currently support that target language. Choose one of the languages offered in the builder.
Why does the voiceover sound unnatural?
The source script may need cleanup, punctuation may be weak, or the chosen voice may not match the language or speaking style well.
Why can’t I trigger dubbing from a session?
The source session usually needs to be completed and have the required translated or prepared text state before dubbing can start.
Why are speaker assignments confusing in the result?
When a source transcript has unclear speaker labels, review the script and voice assignments before generating the final pass.
