Recent
Return to the latest sessions quickly, check processing state, and reopen work without searching from scratch.
Usage
Use Recent as the fastest way to reopen the latest sessions in your workspace.
It is the best starting point when a job just finished, failed, or needs another export or translation pass.
Before you start
Recent shows the newest session activity first.
Some workflows, especially meeting and recording pipelines, can take time to appear fully processed even after capture ends.
Step-by-step instructions
Open Recent from the sidebar
Use the Recent entry to list your latest sessions.
Find the session by title or source type
Look for the filename, session title, or source label such as Upload, Record, Net Video, or Meeting.
Open the session
Select the row to resume editing, export, translation, dubbing, or troubleshooting.
Use load more when needed
If older sessions are not yet visible, continue loading more history.
Tips and examples
Rename important sessions so they are easier to recognize later.
Use Recent first before assuming a job is lost. Many users simply reopen the wrong session list.
If you repeatedly search the same project, tags can be better than scrolling through Recent alone.
Common problems and fixes
Why is my new session missing?
Refresh the view first. If the session was still being created or failed before it finished saving, it may not appear immediately.
Why is the session still processing?
Large uploads, recordings, meeting sessions, or downstream jobs can take longer. Open the session detail to inspect the current stage.
Why does an old title still show?
The latest saved title may not have refreshed in the list yet. Reopen the session or refresh the recent list.
Why did a failed session disappear?
Some temporary failure cases, especially certain Net Video failures, are auto-cleaned.
FAQ
Can I open exports from Recent?
Open the session first, then use the available export or download actions inside the workbench.
Does Recent include shared sessions?
Recent lists your workspace sessions. Shared Sessions management is a separate view for public links.
What if I need something older?
Load more history or use tags and search if the project is older or grouped under a topic.
Can I delete from Recent?
Yes, where the current UI exposes the delete action for that session.
